What to Expect

For telehealth sessions, coaching, and assessments, we’ll meet in a secure, HIPAA-compliant environment where your privacy and confidentiality are protected. Together, we’ll review your goals and develop a thoughtful plan of care.

Sessions are flexible you can join from home, work, or wherever you feel most comfortable, with scheduling that supports your life. Above all, you can expect a therapeutic relationship that is warm, non-judgmental, collaborative, and focused on practical steps toward the changes you want to see.
