I provide individual therapy through secure telehealth for adults seeking steadiness, clarity, and connection during times of change, transition, or challenge. My work is grounded in collaboration, respect, and care that honors your pace, goals, and life context.

 

In addition to therapy, I offer a range of mental health assessments designed to help you better understand what may be happening in your life or in the life of someone you love and to support thoughtful planning for treatment, support, and next steps.

 

I also work with agencies and organizations to identify patterns of stress, burnout, and systemic imbalance. Through clinical consultation, training, and procedural support, my goal is to strengthen well-being, equity, and sustainability in service delivery.

For more than 15 years, I have worked in social work and mental health, walking alongside individuals as they navigate life transitions, adversity, and personal growth.
