Session fees
Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Please contact me for current rates. A limited number of sliding-scale spots may be available, depending on need and availability.

 

Insurance

I am in-network with the following Providers:

• Aetna
• Carelon Behavioral Health
• Quest Behavioral Health
• Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia
• Cigna

 

If I am considered an out-of-network provider for your plan, I can provide a superbill upon request for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

 

You may also choose to self-pay for services, without billing insurance directly.

 

Additional Service fees

Fees for contracted services including assessments, consultations, trainings, and program development are determined based on the scope, duration, and goals of the work. I am happy to discuss options in advance so expectations, timelines, and agreements are clear from the start.

 

Payment
Credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

 

Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a late-cancel or no-show fee.

 

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. I am happy to provide an estimate upon request, in accordance with federal guidelines.
